Terms of Service

The Short Version

Soleil is a daily ritual app for couples. We are not a therapist, doctor, or crisis service. Be kind to your partner. Don't break the law inside the app. If things get heavy, You → Support & Resources links you to real help.

Your Account

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login safe. Pairing with a partner means both of you can see shared sparks, capsules, and memories you create together.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, threats, or non-consensual content directed at your partner or anyone else.
• No illegal content in voice notes, photos, or messages.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Maître Soleil is a reflective guide drawing on attachment science, EFT, and NVC frameworks — it is not a licensed therapist. Soleil does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. If you or your partner are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional. You → Support & Resources inside the app lists immediate resources.

Your Content

You own everything you create in Soleil. You give us a limited license to store and display it so the app can function (sync between partners, show your Memory Garden, deliver your Time Capsule). We never use your private content for marketing.

Payments

Some features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Ending Things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your private content is removed within 30 days.

Liability

Soleil is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as Soleil grows. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of May 23, 2026. By continuing to use Soleil after this date, you agree to be bound by them.
